When you send a portrait request we collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, optional dog’s name, the portrait option you choose, any preferences you tick, additional notes, and the photograph you upload.

This information is used only to fulfil your portrait request, to contact you about that request, and to keep a record of the order. Submitted photographs are not publicly displayed without your permission.

Customer photographs are stored privately and are not published in the website gallery unless you later agree to that.
